Classes vary by retreat. Usually Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Nidra, adapted to the retreat group each week

All of our yoga retreats include accommodation and key inclusions. Everything’s clearly listed before you book.

Yes, and lots do. It’s a lovely way to travel solo while still feeling supported and connected.

Our yoga retreat has 6 yoga classes plus 2 breathwork, meditation and mindfulness sessions across the week, woven naturally into the schedule.

Light clothes, swimwear, sunscreen and anything that helps you feel comfortable. We keep things easy and relaxed.
