We blend movement, adventure, recovery and community in one beautiful beachfront setting.

Yes, when you book you can add-on our group shuttle service. We leave from Panama City Airport (PTY) at 8am on your retreat start date, or from the Central Hotel in Casco Viejo at 9am. On your last day we’ll have you back in Panama City around 3pm. It’s $100pp each way. If you can’t make those times, you can book our private driver option instead. Traveling solo or with a buddy, allow $250 one way.

6 nights accommodation, daily yoga classes and surf coaching plus 3 meals and drinks each day.

Yes, beginners are very welcome in both surf and yoga.

Absolutely! One guest can book surf while the other chooses yoga, surf and yoga or even a stay without activities. It’s super flexible, so couples and friends can share the trip while each doing what suits them best. You’ll see these options on the booking platform.
