Class styles include Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Hatha, Yin and Restorative. You’ll receive your own premium yoga pack for the week including a Manduka PRO yoga mat, cork blocks, straps and blanket. PROFESSIONAL Surf COACHING with our waluaa surf INSTRUCTORS;
Learn to surf for the very first time in the warm and safe waters of Santa Catalina Panama, or progress your surfing skills with our experiences coaches. This half-day experience is around 3 hours and includes your board, leash, wax, long-sleeved rash guard and shuttle transport to and from Estero Beach. SNORKELING ADVENTURE TO UNESCO HERITAGE SITE, COIBA NATIONAL PARK;
The archipelago of Coiba, one of Panama’s most beautiful places, is a UNESCO World Heritage and is only a 1 hour boat ride away from Santa Catalina. The beaches are exquisite and the island and surrounding areas offer some of the most spectacular diving and snorkeling in the world. You’re likely to see everything from dolphins, turtles, manta rays, octopus, sharks and an abundance of beautiful tropical fish. And depending on the season, the whale migration.delivered your device right after your session. This is a full day experience, around 8 hours and includes lunch on the islands.
If you’d like to swap snorkeling for diving, or if you wold like to do both ocean adventures, you can do that too, just let us know!
6 Nights LUXURY BEACHFRONT Accommodation
Usually Sunday to Saturday. Each of the luxurious rooms feature private bathroom with hot water shower, organic bath products, bath robes, powerful Air Conditioning, fan, safe, fridge, wardrobe, memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and decadent furnishings, plush pillows, french press coffee and teas, hairdryer, private patios with hammock and/or sun deck chairs and table. OPTIONAL ADD-ON: Shuttle Transfers to and from Panama City
We can pick you up in our private shuttle at Panama City Tocumen International Airport (PTY) at 8.30am on your retreat start date or at 9.30amam in front of the Central Hotel in Casco Viejo. We’ll have you back in Panama City around 3pm on your final retreat day. We can return you to the airport if you have an evening flight home or to your hotel in Panama City. Cost is $100pp each way. Alternative travel options include public transport which is safe, easy and cost effective, rent-a-car, or we can arrange private drivers for you at any time, just contact us for pricing. We are here to help make getting here as easy and stress-free as possible.

This newly developed property brings luxury accommodation with hip and modern decor to our Waluaa guests who want the ultimate in comfort, tranquil surrounds.
This eco-aware property works in harmony with mother nature, using solar panels for electricity and a septic system which reuses more than 90% of used water to nourish the surrounding gardens. The luxury, boho chic rooms are architecturally designed with cross ventilation and ceiling fans to make use of natural breezes for your comfort. Tap water is sourced from an on-site UV filtered well. Bathroom products are both organic and biodegradable.
