Surf Sisters

Join Waluaa’s all-inclusive Women’s Surf Retreat in Panama, co-led by Tofino’s renowned Surf Sisters. Set in Santa Catalina, this 7-night beginner-friendly experience combines daily surf coaching, restorative yoga, gourmet meals, and adventures to UNESCO-listed Coiba National Park. All in a supportive, women-only environment.

7 nights in Santa Catalina. 1 night in Casco Viejo, Panama City. Daily training, 2 surf lessons, beach workouts, yoga morning and night, nourishing meals and ocean adventures… all included.
